Vinayak holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai & MBA in Project Management with over twenty-six years of experience in India and overseas with reputed MEP Contracting & Project Management Consultancy organizations.
He has expertise in feasibility studies, concept development, scope planning, design & engineering, budgeting, scheduling, tender management, resource planning, interface coordination, technical due diligence, execution monitoring, cost control and techno commercial close out.
Prior to his business venture at Core technica Vinayak has successfully delivered mega scale building services, industrial and infrastructure projects such as shopping malls, exhibition centres, seven-star hotels, palaces, airports, high rise towers, commercial buildings, industrial & infrastructure development, automotive paint shop, process utilities, multimodal manufacturing facilities, pharma R&D centre, cleanrooms & PV Solar power plants.
A strong believer of driving the projects with minute detailing and through integrative efforts, Manoj is well placed to drive forward new opportunities for the practice in his role as Founder Director.
Manoj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur with over twenty-five years of experience in India and overseas with reputed Contracting & Project Management Consultancy organizations.
Manoj has hands-on professional expertise in contract and commercial management, analysing items of works, budgeting & costing, tendering, project management, scheduling, project execution, leading the project team for seamless delivery of the project with efficiency, quality, minimal cost and safety.
Prior venturing in business he has delivered mega scale green field and brown field Projects for residential, commercial & corporate developments and industrial and infrastructures projects such as harbour, road, pipeline, sewage treatment plant etc.
Manoj is a Technical member of the CICES.
